Currently trying to access mylearning through the af portal from home, it lets me into mylearning, but once i enroll and start a course its just a blank page. i overheard someone saying something about having to download some sort of certs not sure how to do that though, if anyone knows what that means that'd be great!. I'm trying to get my new laptop setup to allow me to log into af portal, but i am hitting a massive roadblock. right now, i can't even get ie af portal to even attempt to prompt for my cac card certificates, even though they're showing up in the certificates window under internet settings > content. has anyone else had this problem and if so how was it fixed? edit kaspersky av was attempting. I fixed it. turns out all the dod certificates had been somehow invalidated, and were corrupting how my reader was signing my cac certificates, but the certificate installer client was reporting everything as fine. i had to delete all dod certs and personal certs, completely re install the installroot package, and (???) re install the drivers to my cac reader before it would work. a possible.
