Transition Timeline Canvas Ecu We are committed to facilitating a seamless transition to canvas for students, instructors, and staff. to accomplish this, we will implement the following strategies: to ensure alignment and support, foster collaboration and transparency with colleges, faculty, and students. Faculty will have access to canvas starting around july 1, 2024 to create practice sites in eku’s new lms. a practice site, also known as a sandbox, enables faculty to learn and explore in canvas with access to all of the available tools and features eku has implemented at this stage of the lms transition.

Timeline Canvas Lms Transition Export fall 2021 courses from learn and bulk migrate to canvas. test scripts and files needed to enroll all assigned instructors to migrated courses for summer and fall 2021. Ic canvas lms project is divided into four phases. each phase listed includes an up to date timeline and detailed steps the implementation and technical teams are taking in order to ensure a successful and smooth transition from sakai to canvas. Blackboard will continue to be used and supported throughout the transition period until all lms teaching activities have transferred to canvas. at that point, blackboard will be switched to a read only status and will remain available for content retrieval for three years. Within our implementation structure, we prioritize hands on time for your team to learn about impact while applying the tools to identify and resolve your challenges. the timeline below outlines the nine steps that you will complete with a learning analytics consultant's guidance and support.
