I just replaced my battery which was the en el3a and the store gave me an en el3e. can someone tell me if this is capatible with the d50?? it fits and charges, however, has three "nodes" vs. two. thanks so much!.

Nikon's subject and eye detection boxes seem to dance around a lot, and imo the eye box is typically so approximate that it doesn't fully tell us where the camera is focusing and if it has achieved satisfactory focus. this is especially the case when the subject is small in the frame. I want to use my old nikon d50. the rubber cover over the grip has developed a sticky, tacky feel. what's the best way to clean it?.
