Seminar Series Workshops Computing Everywhere Computing everywhere is an northwestern initiative aimed to improve computational literacy and thinking among students with limited background in computation. to learn more about the initiative visit the full computing everywhere website. Based on numerous country examples coming from an oecd survey on countries’ digital education infrastructure and governance and from desk research, the report shows where countries stand and where they could be going from there to benefit from the digital transformation. Welcome to the website for computing everywhere workshop #3: the structure of the web, taught by jim maddock and matthew heston. we'll use this website for a few in class exercises, as well as a general resource since we don't have a powerpoint. The rapid expansion of technology in schools raises important questions about the impact it is having on student learning.

All course slides and resources relevant to individual workshops will be posted on the canvas page. there is pseudocode at the bottom of each example, and some commented (#) lines throughout the code. at the top there is a link to the resource from where the code originates.
