The tft settings menu has provision for connecting rider and passenger helmets (as well as a phone of course). i would have assumed that the rider would be able to initiate an intercom conversation using the wheel and tft menu, but it seems this is not so. maybe rider passenger intercom via tft is possible only is you have bmw helmets.
