Solved Jira New Issue View How To Change Issue Type In the new jira issue view, there are three main ways for you to add content: add issue content, a glance, and a collapsible panel. you can also create a view that users can switch to in the activity section of the issue, and include items within the issue actions menu. Jira issue view can be configured to display various system and custom fields that describe the issue. you can customize this view by adding new fields, deleting fields, or changing their positions. for example, you may want to show an issue's resolution, priority, labels, security level, etc.

We’re excited to share with you that in the coming weeks we’ll be rolling out the new issue view to jira service desk. in anticipation of this, we wanted to highlight some of its core capabilities, along with some of the changes that are specific to jira service desk.
