I do understand that you want to remove the bing search bar from the msn homepage, but unfortunately there is no such option to remove the bing search bar. the bing search bar is an integrated part of the msn homepage. Msn will not load fully with a statement at the top of the page saying to disable my ad block for msn to fully open. i deleted ad block completely, restarted my computer after clearing my cache and msn loaded fine, but after a few times of refreshing my homepage, the problem reappeared.
